I would like to preface this with why I think this is so important. John McCain is 72 years old. If he and Sarah Palin were to win the election, he would hold the most powerful position of government on earth but it is also one of the most stressful and physically demanding jobs. I don’t presume John McCain is any average 72 year old. There is no question he is a cut above, but any perfectly healthy 72 year old in that situation would likely have health issues from their job. Statistically he should be dead. The question that I can’t get out of my head is, not if but when McCain is unable to fulfill his duties and Palin takes that office, can we survive another incompetent president like George W. Bush but with even less intelligence and experience?
